Day 4, Jan 4th

Today there was a blizzard... I'm still cold from being outside, even though I've been inside for hours.
Brittany and I had milk with our cereal today! Its much better than Onaka was! We also saw the biggest bunny I have ever seen outside their house... it was so cute!
Aunt Eva took Brittany and I into downtown. We were going to go explore the park, but it was super cold and snowing really hard. Instead we helped Eva look for new curtains, then did some touristy things. We went to the tourist center and got tons and tons of maps and brochures. Then we walked to the Church of Saint Nicholas from the medieval times! It was absolutely beautiful! We spent so much time wandering around...
This is the tomb of the mayor of Orbero from the 1600s!!!

After we went to the church we went for "fika" and had crepes and lattes! Fika is a Swedish word that doesnt translate into well into english. It is when you go for a coffee or a snack. Here, in Sweden they dont have coffee to go! In every cafe you sit down and talk while you drink your coffee! At first it seemed odd, but its nice to relax for a while and chat instead of rushing out the door and trying to drink it in the car. Fifka var bra idag! --- Fika was good today!

The ground was so icy everywhere we went. Brittany ended up wiping out in front of a store. This group of older Swedish women started cracking up!
