Brittany and I slept until noon this morning lol wewere stilled exhausted from traveling. We discovered the wonder of a heated towel rack! It was amazing getting out of the shower to a warm towel... When we got breakfast we tried to find milk for our cereal but got some kind of thin sour yogurt by accident! It was a surprise, but now we know the word for milk: mjolk!
We explored downtown today with my cousin, Sara, and her friends Johanna and Caroline. Brittany and I got lessons in Swedish style, which is completely different from American style. We both got an outfit to wear out! Im still getting a hang of the exchange rate... 100 sk kro
wns is about 15 dollars. I also learned a few Swedish words but i have know idea how to spell them!
Then we went to a little coffee shop and got carmel (karmel in Swedish) lattes and AMAZING Swedish desserts! We managed to buy a bus card from the bus driver for 50 sk krowns! On the way home we got off at the wrong stop and had to walk really far in the cold and snow with shopping bags. On the upside, now we know which stop to use!
Brittany, Sara, and I made an AWESOME dinner if I may say so myself! It was my first time cooking a real dinner!
